What we collect
- What you give us: your name, email, phone, the company involved, the amount, your description, and any documents you upload (bills, letters, photos, policies).
- If you authorize us: your signed authorization and the details needed to act on your case.
- Basic technical data when you submit the form (your browser type and approximate country), used to prevent abuse.
How we use it
Only to review and work on your case, to contact you about it, and to bill you for our fee. We never sell your information and never use it for advertising.
Who sees your documents
Only the ClaimRight case team. Once you sign an authorization, we share what is needed with the company named in it, about that matter only. We also rely on service providers that host our website, store files, send email, process payments, and help us organize and draft case paperwork (including AI-assisted tools). They handle your information only to provide those services to us.
How long we keep it
We keep your case file only as long as we need it to work on your case. You can ask us to delete it at any time (see below).
Deleting your information
Email info@claimrightny.com with your case reference and ask us to delete your information. We will delete your files and details and confirm by email, except for anything we must keep by law (for example, payment records).
Security
Your files are sent over an encrypted connection and stored with access limited to our case team. No system is perfectly secure, so please don’t send us full Social Security numbers or full card numbers.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above. See also our Terms of Service.
